EDUCATION HOPE’s Director of Regulatory Compliance, Rebeca Bartle, RN, MSN, provides timely, high quality and high impact education programs for Indiana providers. Annually, HOPE offers a six week, state approved course specifically focused on those interested in becoming a Health Facility Administrator (HFA) or a Residential Care Administrator (RCA).
