March 27th marked the 11th year of HOPE’s HFA-RCA Course. The graduating class celebrated their success with a luncheon at Eddie Merlot’s. The new graduates are eager to begin the next step in their journey which is work as an administrator in training (AIT).

The efforts of many contribute to the ongoing success of this program. It is a near perfect blend of outside experts stepped in experience along with Becky Bartle’s wit and extraordinary talent for making course participants eager to learn more about federal regulations!

HOPE recognizes its partners who contributed their time and expertise and served as expert guest instructors for the course.
