Founded in 2002, Hoosier Owners and Providers for the Elderly is Dedicated to helping Hoosier owned providers maintain the high standards of licensed long-term care, assisted living and continuing care communities. Members include nursing facilities of all types; privately-owned, for-profit, not-for-profit, non-state government owned. The membership includes county hospitals, Home and Community Based Service (HCBS) providers and providers of housing with services.
Membership is open to licensed comprehensive care (nursing facilities), licensed residential care (assisted living), housing establishments with services (non-licensed assisted living), county hospitals, and home and community based service providers.
